The 4th International Conference on Management and Communication (ICMC 2025)

The 4th International Conference on Management and Communication (ICMC 2025) was successfully held from February 4 to 6, 2025, at Horizon Hotel in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. Organized by Universiti Utara Malaysia Kampus Kuala Lumpur (UUMKL) in collaboration with The State Government of Sabah, the conference attracted a diverse group of scholars, researchers, and practitioners.
Themed "Innovating Together: The Convergence of Management, Communication, and The Digital Transformation," the conference aimed to:

1. Share knowledge and insights in the fields of management and communication.
2. Exchange experiences and solutions related to management and communication challenges.
3. Foster academic networking and global outreach through publications in these fields.
4. Promote UUMKL as a center of excellence offering postgraduate programs in East Malaysia.

The event featured a series of presentations, discussions, and networking sessions, providing a platform for participants to engage with the latest trends and research in management and communication. The conference proceedings were indexed in Web of Science (WoS), enhancing the visibility and impact of the presented research.
Held at Horizon Hotel, a premier venue in Kota Kinabalu known for its modern facilities and strategic location, the conference offered attendees a conducive environment for professional development and collaboration.
The success of ICMC 2025 underscores the growing importance of digital transformation in management and communication, highlighting the need for continuous innovation and collaboration in these fields.
